If you are logging in from a new device or browser for the first time, e98 may send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number as an additional security check. This is completely normal and takes only a few seconds. Enter the OTP when prompted and your session will open immediately. The OTP is valid for a limited time, so enter it quickly — if it expires, simply request a new one.
Your mobile number is your e98 account identifier. Use the same Pakistani mobile number — in 03XX format — that you provided when you first registered. Make sure there are no extra spaces or missing digits. If you registered with a Jazz, Telenor, Zong, Ufone or Warid number, use exactly that number here. Your mobile number is also the destination for any OTP verification codes, so it must be the active SIM in your possession.
Type in the password you created during registration. e98 passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check caps lock is off if your login is failing. If you have updated your password since registering, use your most recent password. For security reasons, e98 support staff will never ask you for your password — if anyone claims to be from e98 and requests your password, do not share it and report the incident immediately.
On a new browser or device, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile number as a security measure. Check your SMS inbox for a 4–6 digit code from e98. Enter it on the verification screen within the time limit. If the OTP does not arrive within 60 seconds, tap Resend. Make sure your SIM has active SMS service. Once the OTP is confirmed, your session opens and — if you selected Keep Me Logged In — your device is remembered for future logins.
The most common reason for a failed login is an incorrect password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so a single capital letter difference will cause a login failure. If you are certain your mobile number is correct but the password is not working, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen. e98 will send a reset link or OTP to your registered mobile number, allowing you to set a new password within a couple of minutes.
If you have lost access to the mobile number you registered with, contact e98 support directly. The support team can help verify your identity using your CNIC and account history, then assist with updating your mobile number to restore access. Never create a second account if you are locked out — duplicate accounts are detected and may result in both accounts being restricted.
Occasionally, login issues are caused by browser cache. If the login screen is not loading correctly, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or switch to a different browser. On mobile, using your default browser (Chrome on Android, Safari on iOS) tends to give the most consistent results with the e98 platform.
Account security on e98 starts with a strong, unique password. Avoid using the same password on e98 that you use for your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app — if any of those accounts were ever compromised, a shared password would put your e98 account at risk too. A strong e98 password should be at least eight characters, mixing uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers and a symbol if possible.
The Keep Me Logged In option is useful on your personal mobile, but avoid using it on shared or public devices. If you ever use e98 on a device that is not yours — a friend's phone, a shared computer — always log out completely after your session ends. The logout option is available from the account menu in the top-right corner of the platform.
e98 will never contact you asking for your password, OTP codes or full CNIC number via SMS, WhatsApp or any social channel. If you receive any such message claiming to be from e98, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond. Legitimate account notifications from e98 come only through the official platform notifications and registered communication channels.
